I worked out yesterday outside since it was sooo amazing out! Spring is on it's way! 70 degrees.... there were students laying out on the residential quad, playing volleyball, sleeping, tanning. I had work to do so I was inside for most of the day, but I was in a very sunny spot. I heard it will be even nicer out today! Of course, this is just more of a Red Alert for me to get my ass moving because before I know it, summer will arrive, and then what will I do?! I still can't wear a bikini. If I keep working out every day for the next few weeks, I'm hoping that will blast my belly fat and jiggly thighs. The especially hard thing is that you can't burn fat on certain spots only. You have to just work out and trust that your body will burn the calories it needs and will result in a loss of fat on those particular areas. Of course, weight loss is enhanced when you combine daily activity with eating less food. I used to fast all the time last year. Lately, I prefer to restrict rather than fast; it helps me keep my energy up. This morning, I ate two ricecakes and a string cheese. For lunch, I'll probably just have a granola bar and maybe some applesauce.
I'll try to post more tomorrow but I have a big paper... due tomorrow night! It's almost finished but it's not there quite yet so I need to make sure I complete that paper before posting again. Hope you're all doing well.
